Kurt Alberts
Owner/Chief Mortgage Product Specialist
Kurt is the founder of KASH Mortgage Group, he holds a Bachelors Degree in economics from The University Of Pittsburgh.
He has also obtained multiple federal and state licenses and certifications, continuous education services and is a federal and state compliance officer.
Kurt has over 20 years of mortgage product and services with many lenders, financial institutions, national and local banks.

Scott Pieto
Marketing Director
Scott was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. He lives with his wife and his four children in Cranberry Township, PA. He is a youth coach and volunteer in his community, church, and school. He is a graduate of Robert Morris University.
Scott brings over 19 years of experience to KASH Mortgage group, although he has previous experience with Coldwell Banker, Citizens Bank, 5th/3rd Bank and 1st Pennsylvania Mortgage Corporation.
Scott bridges the gap between lenders and clients and will act as a concierge to all of our partners.
Amanda Tuttle

Since 2002 I have been helping home buyers in my hometown of Erie PA make homeownership a dream come true. My dedication is to provide clients with customized mortgage experiences. Alie Bard
Senior Loan Officer
Alie has been with us since May 2017. She was born and rised in rural Erie County and lives in Albion, PA with her husband her her three daughters.
She brings with her over 9 years of mortgage experience and has fluent knowledge of FHA, USDA, VA, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines.
Alie obtained her associates degree from Gannon University.

Bill Varley
Senior Loan Officer
Bill has been with us since February 2018. He brings with him over 26 years of expereince in the residential and commercial mortgage industry. He has previous expereince with First National Bank, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and Howard Hanna Mortgage.
Bill obtained his Bachelors Degree from Marietta College and his MBA from Cleveland State University.
Bill was raised in the Pittsburgh area and he, his wife, and his three children live in South Fayette Township.
Cody Henry
Loan Processor
Cody has been with us since September 2016. He brings with us invaluable experience. He has attained his Bachelors Degree from Robert Morris University. Cody is enjoying the challenges and rewards of his career as a loan processor with KASH Mortgage Group and he serves as not only a loan processor but a liaison for our clients when they have questions or concerns.
Cody grew up in Shaler Township, PA and he currently resides in Shaler with his wife, young son, and a baby on the way!
In his free time Cody enjoys spending time with his family and friends as well as being outdoors, gardening, Penguins hockey, and cooking.
Mary West
Reception
Mary has been with us since January 2012. She is a wonderful receptionist and greets all of our clients with a smile and small talk. Mary is a retiree from UPMC and enjoys spending a few days at the office in her free time to keep busy when she's not spending time with her 8 grandchildren and her husband!
Mary has lived in the Pittsburgh area her entire life and likes to spend time with her family. She enjoys traveling, trying different local cuisine, and spending time with her friends.
Mary is the voice on the other end of the phone when you call us and will do anything she can to help point you in the right direction of your dream home!
Alison Alberts
Human Resources Manager
Alison has been with KASH since 2004. She helps our all of our employees and makes sure to keep everything in check. She is a valued asset to our team and helps keep our day to day running smoothly.
When Alison isn't busy running point in our office, she is busy being a mom to two wonderful boys.
Alison lives in Pine Richland with her husband and her two sons.
Sarah Luster
Loan Processor
Sarah has been with KASH since September 2017. She holds a bachelors degree from the University of Pittsburgh in Information Technology and Systems Security. She is also currently attaining her masters in cyber security. Sarah makes sure our network is secure and that our clients sensitive information is 100% protected all the time. She also works hard to maintain our website and our new client/realtor portal! If you have any concerns regarding the website or KASH infrastructure please contact Sarah.
Sarah grew up in McCandless, PA and currently resides in Allison Park, PA with her husband and her two children. When Sarah isn't fixing things in the office she can be found watching her son play hockey, her daughter play softball, spending time with her husband, or trying to catch up on a good book.
Grant Alberts
Loan Officer - In Training
Grant is one of our most valued team members here at KASH! He may be the youngest member of our team but he works hard to keep our office on task.
When Grant isn't helping the rest of the team out he's out being a super star on the baseball fields.
